Em sintonia com o Jubileu da Esperan\u00e7a, celebrado pela Igreja Cat\u00f3lica em 2025, a religiosa destacou a import\u00e2ncia de vivenciar a pedagogia de Jesus como caminho para a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Este \u00e9 um momento de renovar sonhos e viver novas experi\u00eancias educacionais que transformar\u00e3o profundamente cada um de n\u00f3s: Irm\u00e3s, diretoras, gestores, educadores, estudantes e suas fam\u00edlias&#8221;, afirmou a Irm\u00e3 Elenar, ressaltando que a miss\u00e3o educativa da Rede ICM est\u00e1 alicer\u00e7ada na esperan\u00e7a e na busca pela forma\u00e7\u00e3o cidad\u00e3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ao longo de 2025, a Rede ICM estar\u00e1 empenhada em oferecer ainda mais oportunidades de qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o para os educadores, fortalecendo o compromisso com a excel\u00eancia acad\u00eamica e o desenvolvimento humano. &#8220;Reafirmamos o nosso compromisso com a busca da excel\u00eancia educativa. Por isso, ao longo do ano, promoveremos mais oportunidades de forma\u00e7\u00e3o e qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o para os educadores, garantindo um servi\u00e7o educacional de alta qualidade e alinhado aos desafios do presente e do futuro&#8221;, pontuou.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-45478\" src=\"https:\/\/redeicm.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/irma-elenar-mensagem-de-inicio-do-ano-letivo-2025.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"394\" \/><br \/>\nA mensagem tamb\u00e9m enfatizou o papel da educa\u00e7\u00e3o na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma sociedade mais justa e solid\u00e1ria, destacando a import\u00e2ncia da conviv\u00eancia e do protagonismo estudantil. &#8220;Esse ano traz expectativas, exig\u00eancias novas e o compromisso de, na conviv\u00eancia cotidiana, contribuir na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de mais vida para os que nos s\u00e3o confiados, a fim de que possam ser protagonistas da pr\u00f3pria hist\u00f3ria&#8221;, frisou a religiosa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Encerrando sua mensagem, a Irm\u00e3 Elenar convocou toda a comunidade educativa a seguir trilhando o caminho da educa\u00e7\u00e3o com esperan\u00e7a, paix\u00e3o e confian\u00e7a no poder transformador do ensino. &#8220;Querida comunidade educativa, \u00e9 tempo de esperan\u00e7ar! Acreditamos que educar \u00e9 mais do que ensinar; \u00e9 transformar.
