Entendemos que a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de brincar neste processo \u00e9 conduzir a crian\u00e7a para suas descobertas cognitivas, afetivas, de rela\u00e7\u00e3o interpessoal e de inser\u00e7\u00e3o social, levando a crian\u00e7a ao conhecimento da l\u00edngua oral, escrita e da matem\u00e1tica e o desenvolvimento da autonomia.<\/p><p><br \/>Consideramos que, no processo de aprendizagem, a crian\u00e7a tem interesse e desejo pr\u00f3prio e \u00e9 um ser capaz de interferir no meio em que vive, ampliando, desta maneira, a express\u00e3o oral e escrita, a capacidade de resolver problemas, o esp\u00edrito investigativo, a consci\u00eancia corporal, as no\u00e7\u00f5es de tempo e de espa\u00e7o, a espiritualidade para a viv\u00eancia de valores, compet\u00eancias e habilidades necess\u00e1rias para uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o social ativa, \u00e9tica e ecol\u00f3gica, buscando a constru\u00e7\u00e3o e a apropria\u00e7\u00e3o do conhecimento.<br \/>V\u00e1rios projetos interdisciplinares s\u00e3o desenvolvidos ao longo do ano, buscando contemplar todas as compet\u00eancias previstas. Estes surgem sempre atrav\u00e9s de uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o-problema. S\u00e3o projetos permanentes da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Infantil a \u201cCampanha da Fraternidade\u201d e o \u201cProjeto de Leitura\u201d, estabelecendo a liga\u00e7\u00e3o entre todas as \u00e1reas do conhecimento.
